FROM THE BOOTH · PRESEASON

2026 POWER RANKINGS

Twelve managers. Three years of receipts. One draft on September 7th. The booth has reviewed every pick ever made in this league — all 576 of them — and now the 2026 SCHEDULE has dropped, so the film room has opponents to study too. The headlines: the league office opened the season with Adil at Aziz in Week 1, a rematch of the trade that ended a dynasty. The Toupee Ultimatum has a date: Issa vs Aziz, Week 4. And the schedule-maker handed Yousef the single softest slate in the league, because apparently the universe also wants to see what he does with another 1-seed. These rankings are final, binding, and guaranteed to age exactly as well as your last first-round pick.

1
Aziz
The New King · The Coward

The reigning champ. Walked in year one, went Nabers-Puka at the draft, fleeced Adil in Week 2, and won the whole thing from the 6-seed with the best point differential in the league. One season, one ring, zero respect for the established order.

Predicted strategy: WR Factory, again — he's drafted four wideouts in his four premium picks and sees no reason to stop. The concern for everyone else: last time he had pick 2, somebody got robbed by October. He has pick 2 again.

Schedule intel: opens at home against Adil in Week 1 — the league scheduled the grudge match immediately — and hosts the Toupee Ultimatum against Issa in Week 4. Middle-of-the-road strength of schedule (.505). The gauntlet comes early, then it's open road.

2
Adil
Ring Collector · Free Fall

Two titles, a 6-1 playoff record, and the only man in the league who sets a perfect lineup (13 perfect weeks, twice anyone else). Lost the throne last year by trading Malik Nabers to the man who took it. Still hasn't emotionally processed that, and frankly, neither has the booth.

Predicted strategy: RB-RB for the third straight year, and at least three draft picks spent on players currently in a walking boot. Jonathan Taylor and Kyren in '24, a post-Achilles CMC and Josh Jacobs in '25 — the man drafts injury reports on purpose, banking recovery timelines for the deep-season points. It keeps working. It's infuriating.

Schedule intel: Week 1 at Aziz. Revenge gets served immediately or not at all. After that, the fourth-easiest slate in the league (.497) — the schedule-maker owed him one after the Nabers thing.

3
Yousef
Big Game Hunter · The Fraud King

30-12 all-time, the best record in league history, three playoff trips, two 1-seeds, zero titles, and a 1-3 playoff record that earned him the Fraud King badge. Every September he's a monster. Every December he's a cautionary tale with great regular-season stats.

Predicted strategy: whatever it takes to get Josh Allen. Trades up, overpays, sells his soul at the podium — the booth expects Allen off the board the moment Yousef is on the clock, followed by fourteen weeks of dominance and one single-elimination heartbreak, as scheduled.

Schedule intel: the EASIEST schedule in the league (.473 opponent win rate), opening against Omar Hasan. Another gift-wrapped regular season, another inevitable 1-seed, another December already writing itself. The booth is legally required to act surprised.

4
Okashah
December Assassin · Waiver Bridesmaid

Two seasons, two runner-up finishes, a 4-2 playoff record, and the Perpetual Runner-Up crown. The most reliable playoff performer in the league who has never once finished the job. Beat Adil's threepeat bid himself, then handed the trophy to Aziz anyway.

Predicted strategy: value at every turn — Achane and Brian Thomas Jr. last year says he drafts like a man who reads. The booth predicts another clean draft, another deep run, and another photo of him standing next to someone else's trophy.

Schedule intel: opens against Mustafa with the third-easiest slate (.497). Nothing between him and a third straight title game except the part he keeps losing.

5
Omar A.
The Uncrowned · Asleep at the Wheel

The Uncrowned. 24.3 deserved wins, 20 actual — the most robbed manager in league history, with a 2-seed in 2025 that got assassinated by Tarick in round one by 1.3 points. The scoring says contender. The results say victim.

Predicted strategy: Justin Jefferson in round one. He's taken JJ with his first pick in two of three drafts and the booth believes this is no longer strategy, it's a relationship. Elite wideouts, zero running backs until it's uncomfortable, and another season of outscoring his own record.

Schedule intel: opens at Ahmad's rebranded Raventus. League-average slate (.503). The scoring has never been his problem; the universe has.

6
Issa
The Winner · The Skid

22-20, a winning record, and the proud owner of both the 2023 Kelce-in-round-one decision and the Toupee Ultimatum currently pending against Aziz. Steady, dangerous in stretches, and one bald head away from the most humiliating photo in league history.

Predicted strategy: one boldly early tight end or one boldly weird reach — Kelce round one walked so something stranger could run. Also predicted: losing the first Aziz matchup and discovering exactly how salty a scalp can be.

Schedule intel: second-easiest schedule in the league (.490), opens at home against Zaid, and meets Aziz in Week 4 with his tongue's dignity on the line. Circle it.

7
Karim
Steady Hand · Certified Fraud

20-22 with a +3.8 fraud index, four gift wins, 42 lost waiver claims, and 46 declined trades — the most contact-averse front office in the league. Made the playoffs in 2025 by winning games the scoreboard says he shouldn't have.

Predicted strategy: two running backs with the first two picks, no hesitation, no regrets. Jeanty-Bucky last year was the blueprint and he's picking 5th, so the booth expects RB-RB by 8:15 PM and at least one three-hour waiver-claim losing streak by October.

Schedule intel: now operating as 'Adil's Fav Camel 🐪', a team name that is somehow both tribute and cry for help. Opens against Tarick on a league-average slate (.503). The fraud engine gets a fair track this year.

8
Ahmad
The Closer · Bench Warmer General

The Onesie Truther: Brock Bowers in round two while the board screamed running back. Also the league's Bench Warmer General — 1,025 career points left on the bench, an entire extra season of scoring donated to nobody. The talent evaluation is real. The Sunday-morning execution is a crime scene.

Predicted strategy: Lamar Jackson in round three while all eleven other managers are still fist-fighting over RB2s. He will be right about Lamar. He will then bench the wrong flex in Week 7 and lose by four. The tape has seen this movie; it knows the ending.

Schedule intel: rebranded to 'Raventus', opens against Omar Ali with the fifth-easiest schedule (.495). The path is clear. The bench decisions remain the obstacle.

9
Tarick
The Leap · The Hater

From 3-11 sacko in year one to a semifinal run as the 7-seed in 2025, where he beat Omar Ali by 1.3 and then got vaporized 199-79 by Aziz in the single most violent playoff game ever recorded. Growth, technically.

Predicted strategy: clean, chalky picks — Chase and Kyren last year says the reaching days are over. The booth predicts a bubble team that sneaks in again, wins one game it shouldn't, and exits in a score that becomes a screenshot.

Schedule intel: opens against the newly-renamed Camel (Karim) with the fourth-hardest slate (.510). Bubble team schedule for a bubble team resume.

10
Mustafa
Deserved Better · Cellar Dweller

The Waiver Sniper — a perfect 13-for-13 on claims, the only flawless record of any kind in this league. Unfortunately the rest of the resume reads 18-24, zero playoff wins, and the 2024 head-shave that never happened. The booth has not forgotten. The booth points, still.

Predicted strategy: WR-WR again, two trade offers all season (his career pace), and one perfectly-timed waiver snipe that briefly makes everyone believe. The believing is the trap. It's always been the trap.

Schedule intel: tied for the HARDEST schedule in the league (.527), opening against Okashah. The Waiver Sniper will need every one of those perfect claims.

11
Omar H.
Perfect Lineup Club · The Milkman

The Milkman. 30 laps, 4 drinks, and a 4-10 season that earned every step. Also The Ghost's spiritual cousin: zero career waiver claims, an approach to roster management best described as 'religious fasting.' 17-25 all-time and trending toward dairy.

Predicted strategy: a genuinely good first two rounds — Saquon-Higgins last year was real drafting — followed by fourteen weeks of untouched roster and a lineup that still contains a Week 9 bye. The booth predicts improvement, because the alternative involves a second Milk Mile, and no man runs that twice.

Schedule intel: tied for the hardest schedule in the league (.527) AND opens at Yousef. The schedule-maker read the Milk Mile coverage and decided it was funny. Godspeed.

12
Zaid
Clutch Gene · Target Practice

Back-to-back 5-9 seasons, the all-time record for points against (1,824 in 2025 — Target Practice, worn proudly), 83 trade proposals, and 11 completed trades, which is the negotiation efficiency of a man cold-calling strangers. The commissioner. The historian. The 12th-ranked team. The booth checked the math twice.

Predicted strategy: irrelevant, because whoever Zaid drafts first will suffer a career-ending injury by Week 6. Tyreek in '23 (fine, once), CMC first overall in '24 (detonated on schedule) — the curse is documented, active, and drafting 12th, which means some poor first-rounder is falling directly into the blast radius. The league should be watching Zaid's pick with hazmat protocols. His actual roster? Forty more trade offers and a threepeat of 5-9. Book it.

Schedule intel: now branded 'Tiktok famous', opens at Issa, and drew the third-hardest slate in the league (.520). The all-time points-against record holder was handed the league's toughest room. The universe is not subtle.

Rankings are property of the booth. Complaints will be read aloud, in the announcer voice, at the draft.
